Nucleus Hive (NUC)

Many factors effect the delivery date of the NUCs. At this point our supplier can only promise that they will be available by May 1, 2026. As soon as we obtain more precise information, we will pass that on to you. It is critical that you arrange to pick up your NUCs on the delivery date once it is determined. If you personally are unable to pick it up, you must make arrangements for someone else to pick it up for you. Failure to pick up your NUC will void the sale and you will forfeit your purchase price. Nuc should be installed within 48 hours of owner pick-up. Please do plan to treat your new nuc for mites as soon as you install it - we suggest you either buy the product offered with the nucs here - or have an alternative miticide in mind to use immediately to help ensure your new colony survives.  More discussion of details at upcoming TVBA member meetings and in the TVBA newsletter.
